Triumph Introduces Tracker 400 and Thruxton 400
Riding on the success of its Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X, Triumph is adding two new models to its lineup: the Tracker 400 and the Thruxton 400. The Tracker 400 boasts a flat-track-inspired design, while the Thruxton 400 takes cues from the cafe racer style. According to Triumph, these models target riders seeking a versatile motorcycle suitable for commuting and weekend riding.
- The Thruxton 400 is scheduled to arrive in dealerships in March 2026 as a 2026 model.
- The Tracker 400 will follow in April 2026 as a 2027 model.
The differing model years are a strategic decision by Triumph. The Thruxton 400 was already in production in India. The Tracker 400 is a new global debut.
Both the Tracker 400 and Thruxton 400 feature a revised version of Triumph's TR-Series engine, producing a claimed 41.4 horsepower. WebBikeWorld notes this is a 5% increase over the Speed and Scrambler variants.
- Tracker 400: "Hooligan" street-tracker vibe, boxy fuel tank, number boards, Pirelli MT60 RS tires.
- Thruxton 400: Sleek front fairing, clip-on handlebars, rear-set footpegs.
The manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRPs) are:
- 2026 Triumph Thruxton 400: $6,295 USD
- 2027 Triumph Street Tracker 400: $5,995 USD
